Shipping Policy

All orders are currently shipped via the USP ( Free Shipping 5 business days delivery ) All orders will come in the regular mail .Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours but may take up to two business days. We will contact you if shipping would take longer due to stocking issues. Orders will come in envelopes that won’t contain the name of our site for security reasons. We reserve the right to separate your order into multiple packages, or combine orders going to the same person at the same location that were placed at similar times. All packages are shipped from Jordan

For US orders

We Offer a free fast shipping that usually takes from 5 Business days only
For International (non US) orders it takes 5-6 Business days only

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Once that number of days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Site Errors

We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes or a bug will occur in the software. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.

Special Order & Custom Currency Request Policy

Certain banknotes, coins, dated currencies, collectible notes, or special currency requests may be sourced specifically upon customer request. These items are often purchased, reserved, or imported exclusively for the customer after the order is placed. Due to the unique and custom nature of these requests, such items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed or processed. By placing a special request order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that these currencies may not be resold or restocked easily by our company, especially when they are sourced specifically for that customer. Therefore, all sales related to special requested currencies, collectible banknotes, coins, or custom-dated items are considered final and non-refundable under all circumstances.
